Lyon-Martin's Health Leadership Council

Lyon-Martin's new Health Leadership Council is comprised of a group of dedicated supporters who devote expertise and resources in support of Lyon-Martin's programs and goals. These community members have demonstrated their interest in furthering Lyon-Martin's mission as a community health center and pledged to make a tax deductible contribution of $600 or more annually.

The purpose of the Health Leadership Council is to establish within the structure of Lyon-Martin a forum of key allies who assist in developing a funding base of individual donors, corporate sponsors and foundations; provide leadership and visibility for special programs and events; build the foundation for our 30th Anniversary events; and increase support of the organization throughout the Bay Area LGBT community and beyond.

The Council was founded in May 2007 by three longtime supporters of Lyon-Martin Health Services: Hon. Leslie Katz; former board member Ellen Callaway, the Council's Liaison to the Board, and community educator Dr. Betty L. Sullivan.
