Group Therapy

Our new group therapy program offers a range of opportunities for support, psycho-education and to gain new skills to facilitate healthier living.

Current groups include:
  • Healthy Coping: including topics such as Relaxation, Setting Boundaries, Time Management, and Coming out (LGBTIQQ)
  • Creating Balance: a harm reduction group to help manage compulsive behaviors (such as use of drugs and alcohol) and reduce their harmful impact.
  • Seeking Safety: focused on healing from the effects of trauma.

Upcoming groups include:
  • Lesbian, Bisexual, Queer & Questioning Women’s Relationship Group (all those women-identified welcome including trans identified women)
  • Trans Identities Group
  • Adult Drop-In Support Group
  • Living with HIV/AIDS

In order to participate we require a brief mental health screening to determine eligibility.

Call (415) 901-7135 for more information including cost, if it is covered by your insurance and how to register.
