To remove barriers to healthy living, Lyon-Martin has a dedicated staff of case managers who assist women in transition through crisis into a stable lifestyle.

Services include:

Emergency referrals for housing, food and clothing
Assistance with transportation to and from healthcare appointments and buddy support
Substance use and mental health counseling
Advocacy with public and private institutions
