Project H.E.A.L.T.H. advocates for state-level policies that improve transgender health care access.

We work closely with the LGBT Health and Human Services Network which works to educate policymakers on the health needs of LGBT communities in California, connect member organization with state government funding, and improve the cultural competency of state agencies that interact with LGBT communities in the provision of health and human services. 

We continually seek out opportunities to get our communities involved in improving transgender health care access statewide from budget advocacy to policy advocacy to overcome insurance discrimination.
